What is an aptitude test?
In the selection and recruitment process, aptitude tests can be used to test a candidate's problem-solving skills, systematic information structuring and ability to learn things effectively. The most commonly used aptitude tests include tasks that measure verbal, numerical and spatial reasoning. Success in the test is enabled by understanding the logic used in the tasks, mastering different task types and active working memory. In addition, the aptitude test may include general knowledge questions, which you can practice, for example, by reading newspapers daily. Preparing for an aptitude test increases self-confidence and helps you prepare for the test day.

Today's intelligent person is able to prioritize information and combine facts in such a way that something constructive is created from it. The brain's ability to manage all this information is called working memory. Good working memory is an advantage in work life, school, everyday life and leisure time. If your working memory (prefrontal cortex) is not working at its full capacity, you give others an advantage that is difficult to catch up with. Working memory is often a prerequisite for learning things, so taking care of good working memory is also of paramount importance in terms of learning.
